3. Extended Return Period
In addition to your statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we offer an extended 30-day return period from the date of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. This extended period is provided as a goodwill gesture and is subject to the conditions below.
4. Return Conditions
4.1 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return under our extended policy, items must:
- Be in their original, unopened packaging
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Have all original seals intact
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that show signs of use
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided
- Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number
5.2 Return Shipping
For returns within the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods were defective or not as described.
For returns due to defective products or errors on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.

6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Timeline

For statutory withdrawals, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
For returns under our extended policy, we will refund the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We may make deductions from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss resulted from unnecessary handling by you.
